(1) Prior to starting any service, it is necessary to request the previous budget that included the characteristics and cost of similar statistics be shown upfront.
(2) 50% of the total amount of the budget must be paid to start the management of any specific service
(3)All necessary business information is needed so to familiarize ourselves with it this way we can provide you our client with the best possible service available for your needs and desire. Knowing our client insures the right product for your need.
(4) Se7enTech', use of personal data is being used in accordance with all applicable laws of privacy and each service provided has within its objectives to protect all users.
(5) The Administrator Settings applied in each of the social media platforms, will be in the best interest of meeting the objectives of you our client as mentioned currently or in prior meetings.
(6) Any Content or changes made to any of the social media platforms must be approved by you our client. No exceptions.
(7) By our policy, corrections for content or design is limited to Three (3) times only. Once Three (3) times have been assessed and more is requested, will be at cost to our client thereafter as our service has made the changes at the your request only.
(8) Any additional service or design requested by by our client that is outside of the agreed upon budget and stipulation, will have additional fees accessed and included with an updated budget review.
(9) Each of the services provided will include a specific timeline that will be agreed upon by the client and the company. Each of these timelines will be subject to the complexity of the service(s) requested as well as any changes authorized by the client.
(10) Payment for our service will occur on a Month to Month Basis at a rate of $34.99).

We have already provided you our client with Three Corrections or Changes free of charge. After such time, the rate for making any new changes that may include redesigning the site, adding pages to the site, or even changing the layout will be assessed a fee of $20.00 per hour for this service. Other's may include at the same rate:
* Content Updates
* Photo Changes
* Swapping the Colors of Your Layout
* Changing your Pop Out
PAYMENT(s): This is very important information - Any Missed Payments will be rolled over to your monthly payment for a period of 40 days including any fees associated with NSF Fees charged by ours or your bank.
After 90 days of nonpayment, your services will be suspended until such time as your balance is paid in full. Additional Fees may be assessed to this lack of payment for reactivation and inconvenience.
100% OWNERSHIP RIGHTS:
Se7enTech Reserves the right to retain the ownership rights of all services provided until such time as our contract has defaulted and/or completed it's terms and agreements. At no time is the client able to take possession of the services offered by Se7enTech as these services are at a pay per use agreement only and remain the sole ownership of Se7enTech at all times.
Your Platform: Se7enTech will build your site on your network and platform giving you the client 100% of the ownership rights to the service once all transferring fees, and building fees of the service(s) have been paid in full.
